George Zuo (pronounced "zō")
I am an economist and professor of policy analysis at RAND. My research focuses on studying the causal effects of policies aimed at bridging economic, education, and health disparities in the United States.
I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Maryland in 2021, where I studied on a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked as an economic consultant at Deloitte and received my B.A. in economics from Harvard University in 2013. I am also currently a faculty affiliate at the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunity at the University of Notre Dame.
